When our washing machine stopped drawing detergent, bleach and fabric softener, we called Jamal, who appeared at our home on the weekend, an hour after we called. He clearly knew exactly what needed to be removed and cleaned, spent considerable time fixing the problem and left the washer and laundry room in better condition than when he arrived. Jamal was friendly, helpful, competent and polite. His card says that he works as a handyman and performs appliance repairs. We'll certainly call him next time a need arises.

Jamal helped us out of a jam when Costco delivered a dishwasher but never contacted us about installation after delivery. He was available within 24 hours of contact, arrived on time and did a great job of installing the dishwasher. He was very conscience about his work and honored his quote. We are keeping his business card for any future household handyman needs.

Very prompt reply, for the work done the next day. Others tried to charge me $300 just to go see it and then provide a quote, he fixed it for $120. He was professional with the tenants and got it done fast
