A. Carpet cleaning

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Meet actual Technician who will perform the work.
Get an estimate.
Ask for referances.
Check the van and machine see if it is well maintain.
Use your instinct.
If he is scary looking and you are not comfortable with the technician get another...just because he works for a major company does not mean anything. Choose wisely.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. There are a lot of carpet cleaning companies out there and bigger does not mean better.
Watch out for those coupon deals! They are always a Bait and Switch tactic.
A good carpet cleaning company always will give you the total cost before job begins.
Technician should be neat and courteous.
A walk thru should be a must and Tech should advise what can and can not be corrected...no promises.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Square footage of carpeted areas..not your whole house.
Condition of carpet.
How long has it been since you cleaned your carpet?
Do you have pets and kids?
Be honest so that the technician will know what to expect and will be prepared for the job. There are a lot of shady companies but also a lot of shady customers too....

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I have over 21 years of experience and I am very confident in my work. I love my job!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Seeing the reaction of my customer's face when finished with total satisfaction is something I never get used to.....

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How long is the procedure and drying time? Average work time is 2 hours and drying time depends on weather and humidity ..average drying time 12 hours or less.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Yes I actually have many but it is not G-rated :)

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Carpet cleaning is a skilled trade and not easy. Renting machines from store and DIY may damage your carpet if not done properly..and I have come across a lot of them.

A. Destiny

A. Proud of all jobs performed. If customer is happy we are happy. Every job is important and no job is above the other..

A. Always learning. Never ending process.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Carpet cleaning industry are always looking for innovative technology to clean better and help the technicians in the field to perform better...

A. It takes someone with good commen sense and mentally and physically capable.
