Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Tree trimming, tree skirting, tree removal, tree's hanging over houses, tree's that need to be craned out, hazardous trees that are a threat to the property structures or other nearby trees, ornamental trims, view enhancement, storm damaged trees, fire prevention clearing, and thinning.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I genuinely care about not only the tree's but about my clients, and about their property and their needs. Nobody does a better clean-up job than me and my crew! I have a 100% satisfaction record with every one of my clients and take pride in a job well done! I love what I do, and always look forward to the next job well done.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love being able to be outdoors, and to work in the tree's and in the fresh air. I love climbing and assessing each clients individual needs. I love being able to help protect people's investments and guide them to the best choice for themselves and for their property.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Often times people want to get a price quote over the phone, without having me look at a job. My answer to this is to NEVER trust someone who would give you a price quote and agree to do a job without even having looked at the job first. I will always go and look at the job thoroughly before giving a bid, for your safety, for my safety and for the best end-result of the job possible. If anyone agree's to do a job without first looking at it, you have to wonder what their standards for excellence are if they would put themselves and you in that position.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. That it takes not only a skilled trade, but also a keen awareness and intuition when it comes to trees. The direction they will lean, or fall, the trims that will be the best for the health of the tree and for the protection of the property, and so many other things. I have an excellent awareness of these things, and you should make sure that whomever you hire seems to have that too. Tree trimming is one of the most dangerous jobs in the world, so you should always choose your tree service professional carefully and not based on the cheapest, but on the one you have the best feeling about.
