I am Arthur D. Saftlas (aka Nirvan -- a name that my teacher Osho gave me). I am a non-traditional therapist, more of a psychotherapist and zen master.
I am a holistic transpersonal counselor and a meditation teacher.

- Holistic, because you are a being (you are one, inseparable, and undivided by mind, body or spirit).
- Counseling, because I provide professional guidance in resolving personal conflicts and emotional problems.
