I have known and worked with Ron as a friend, co-worker, and follower for over 11 years at Steelscape. Ron is a terrific leader who has developed greatly in wisdom and knowledge in working very hard at various advanced leadership positions in our company as well as teaching and learnings through his course work.   • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Helping clients find mid career direction. Many of us find half way into our working life that what we have been doing has little significance and we wonder is this all there is? Our passion is helping our clients direct their career toward their passions whether this is a new direction or simply a minor course adjustment. We also coach many clients on overcoming interpersonal skill challenges. Lets face it they don't teach this stuff in school and many of us were not fortunate enough to have been born with great interpersonal skills. Developing Leaders can help you fast track you interpersonal skill development. You will be shocked how significant a factor this is in holding back people from career advancement.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Find a coach that you can relate to, a coach that is personable, a great listener and an intelligent person. Ultimately the coach should be able to collaborate with the client to build shared goals. Within the first meeting you should be able to get a feel for whether the coach has the ability to listen effectively and understand where you are at.
