Helping clients find mid career direction. Many of us find half way into our working life that what we have been doing has little significance and we wonder is this all there is? Our passion is helping our clients direct their career toward their passions whether this is a new direction or simply a minor course adjustment. We also coach many clients on overcoming interpersonal skill challenges. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a coach that you can relate to, a coach that is personable, a great listener and an intelligent person. Ultimately the coach should be able to collaborate with the client to build shared goals. Within the first meeting you should be able to get a feel for whether the coach has the ability to listen effectively and understand where you are at.
