Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Check out all available options then go with your gut feeling when choosing a gym- does it meet your needs, do you like the environment, are the staff qualified, professional, engaged and passionate about what they are doing? You have to be happy with your gym and service provider or a certain level of stress may emerge and that is not conducive to overall health and you will soon find excuses to not show up consistently and waste your money in the process.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. You should never pay "processing" fees. It's simply a veiled attempt to milk additional money out of you.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Is there a "processing" fee and what exactly does that cover? Is my personal and financial information kept secure? Am I able to make changes to my account without unnecessary fees? Can I freeze my account due to medical, financial or general non-use? Can I speak directly to the owner if I have a suggestion or complaint?
