I recently had a couple who hired a wedding photographer to shoot their grand event. They were so unhappy with the results that they asked me to recreate their wedding portraits. I was honoured to help them document their special day, providing them with gorgeous and well executed images. They were ecstatic with the results.

The first thing I do is to talk to them over the phone to determine what their needs are, that being the most important parameter. Once that has been established, then we move on from there. In the end, if they are not thrilled with the results, then I have not done my job. I also think that how you treat people within your business is very important. Treating people respectfully will get you on the road to success, more than anything.
