Top notch. Would not hesitate to hire Maksim again. We’re a family with several teenagers and lots of laundry. He fixed a high pitched squeaky issue with our dryer. He took apart the dryer, replaced the worn out roller, then cleaned and vacuumed the lint inside, and then behind the dryer. He kept all the worn out parts he replaced. He communicated his timing via text, his price before he started, came prepared, brought his own shoe covers. 1st time Thumbtack user but longtime homeowner with extensive experience hiring handy people to fix appliances. He is a really good one. No drama. No stories. No plumbers crack.

I hired Maksim recently to repair my refrigerator. I contacted him in the morning and he came to my place in the afternoon on the same day. That was impressive. And he cleaned up the frost in the freezer and replaced a small component in my fridge in about an hour. And my fridge works fine now.

Maksim is a very friendly and professional technician. He responded very quick and scheduled a service on the second day.
