Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My work stands out from others that do my trade because i care what others thinks and feel and i put there needs before mine. I also will tell you if there are other things that are in need of fixing. I want you the customer to be able to leave my place and not have to come back over and over to get your car fixed unless it is a part issue that has to be order.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. That i have the skill to help others. Getting dirty helping other in there time in need.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. My car wont start. I would tell them it could be that you are not getting any fuel or there is no spark when they call me but i would need to see it in order to give the proper answer.
