- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is based on parts and labor. If we take a job and spend five minutes replacing a power cord, we feel you should only be charged for the cord. But if you like, we can give your computer a tune up and malware/spyware scan while we are there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, most of our employees are also part time students to them updates on new and innovative technologies.
