I Would give 5 stars if this was Yelp. I was having lots of trouble with my computer a wile back. I called around to about 7 different places, and everyone I called seemed to have money on there mind instead of costumer service. Then i remembered that i had received this card from Brian Carlson on bart one day. When i called him, he was very polite and he had more concern for my problem then the money. So we made the appointment and he was there within the hour. He took his time trying to cure the problem instead of just doing a quick fix like everyone else seems to do. Turns out i had a virus in my computer and he went in and took it out for me. It took about 2 1/2 hours but it didn't cost me as much as the next guy or the "geek squad" has in the past. I was, and still am glad i gave this Brian Carlson a call. I have recommended him to all my friends and i would recommend him to you.

The tech who worked on my mac was very knowledgeable and got it going again quickly! Very friendly service and they know what they're doing!

Brian is very tech savvy and helpful, not to mention easy to work with. My computer is now virus free and faster than ever, and I'll be giving him a call if I ever have any more troubles. thanks for the help, I'm going to recommend you to all of my friends!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing system is based on parts and labor. If we take a job and spend five minutes replacing a power cord, we feel you should only be charged for the cord. But if you like, we can give your computer a tune up and malware/spyware scan while we are there.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Yes, most of our employees are also part time students to them updates on new and innovative technologies.
