Everyone at One Step were amazing. They contacted me quickly, and were quick on their toes regarding a rescheduling on my end that made them invaluable. They loaded and wrapped my things quickly, and dropped it all off efficiently. We did end up going a little over original estimate but that was mostly me unexpectedly having more stuff to move due to a friend cancelling, and some bad luck with Bay Area traffic. I always add some Murphy time to things like moving, so it still worked out fine. All in all, definitely would hire them again!

I cannot say enough great things about the gentlemen from this company. I was stood up on Friday by another provider who did not even bother to say they were not coming nor apologize and attempt to reschedule. One Step Movers were a godsend helping me reorganize my storage in prep for an eventual move. I should have taken "before" pics, but look at the organization and peace these amazing, polite, punctual, professional gentlemen provided with their moving help. I'll be requesting them again.
