After years of fires across the state depositing smoke particles and ashes on my solar panels, I figured it was time to have them cleaned. This is the first time I've had my nearly 7-year-old solar panels cleaned, so I have no other company to compare Smart Solar Panel Cleaning to. However, based on my experience with them, I have no reason to look for another company to do it the next time.I first heard about them through a co-worker who couldn't say enough good things about his experience with them, so I checked them out on Yelp and Google...perfect 5-star customer ratings on both.From start (requesting estimate) to finish (payment after cleaning completed), I also had a 5-star experience with Nolan and his team. He was responsive to my estimate request and follow-up questions. He was accurate on his arrival window and time to complete once he arrived. He texted me to let me know he was running a little late from the prior job even though he still got to my house within the arrival window. His team finished on time and cleaned up everything, so that the only thing left behind was some water on the ground. Finally, if you check out the picture I attached, it's easy to see the difference the cleaning made on my panels. (The 2 panels farthest away are what all my panels looked like before the cleaning.)In general, I got the feeling that Nolan and his team genuinely like and care about what they are doing. For me, I'd gladly pay extra for that even though the cost was within the average rate for my area. If you need your solar panels cleaned, you can't go wrong with Smart Solar Panel Cleaning.
