My husband and I have been taking our 3 Toyota vehicles ( a Tacoma truck and 2 Prius') to Phil for a number of years now. One of our Prius' had a major problem and Phil was able to determine and repair the auto for us. We also have had numerous oil changes and other minor repairs to all the vehicles. When you a have an oil change it is really more than just an oil change---Phil checks for many other problems while changing your oil---he is always very thorough---you actually get a complete car inspection! You will find with Phil that you have had the best service that you will get anywhere. Because of his workmanship, honesty and integrity, we highly recommend Phil for any car service. I need to mention also that Phil has courteous staff members.

I have had Phil work on all three of my Toyota vehicles -one pickup and 2 Prius's. He has done a superb job on all of them. His interest is in fixing them, finding out why and what needs repairing - not just moving them out so he can go on to the next one.
I've had several tough problems that Toyota struggled with and Phil studied and worked through the problem and saw to it that it was fixed. He is enthusiastic about understanding all cars but especially Hybrids. He has even taught classes on Hybrids at local schools
My experiences with Phil have shown me that he knows Hybrids as good or better than anybody.

A. Find someone in the auto service and repair business you trust and stick with them. Don't jump from business to business looking for the cheapest price. Quality service may cost a bit more in the short run but will pay off in the long run. Loyal customers always get better service from the shop they frequent.
A. How do you find the solution to an intermittent problem? How do you find a noise that isn't there right now?
A. Will you warranty your work and for how long? Do you have proper training to work on my car? Can you fix my car in a timely manner? Are you able to take care of all of my vehicle service needs?
