Introduction: We like to listen to customers because every customer is different. By doing that we find out what is important to them ,so we can do a customized work. For example, we have our way of cleaning that works for most clients, but some like their bedding changed and others don't. Some like us to put dishes away and others might like that . I have been doing this for 10 years and we are not afraid to get on our knees and schub. It's a great feeling when you leave the house all cleaning and smelling good, and your client always have a smile on their faces. I have clients that say that when I come its the best day of the week.

At the beginning, everything was fine. The workers worked the allotted time, the house was clean, all was well. As time went on, however, things began slipping. Broken stuff. Less time spent on cleaning. Rushing. When I spoke with Nagela adjusting the price, she argued with me. I don't think she got that I wasn't happy; I didn't feel listened to or heard. The last time the workers came they spent only an hour (they were supposed to spend 1 1/2 hours so I was shorted an hour), it seemed as if they were rushing and indeed, one of them (in haste, I'm assuming) knocked a heavy Sweedish glass candle holder onto a stack of paintings I'd done, breaking the glass on one of the frames. She said she'd reimburse me for the frame, but that hasn't happened. Then today, watering plants, I found that part of a pot had been broken. Plus, the house was not clean. Nagela does not keep her word, she seems to say whatever she feels will either help her get her way or keep the customer happy. I would look elsewhere for housecleaning services.

Nagela and her workers are great! We never hired house cleaning before and had some reservations but we love their work and plan to have them back on a regular basis. The price is reasonable and they are very professional with an eye for details. I love how our house looks when they are done. I highly recommend!!!

These guys are amazing!!!! I have had a long string of terrible cleaners on the last year. This was a deep cleaning of mass proportions and she brought a crew and it looks amazing. I don't think my house has ever been this clean since I have lived here. I would highly recommend her. Plus she speaks very good English, was very friendly and I would have no hesitation to give her my keys to clean while I'm gone. My husband keeps repeating wow soooo clean!!! ;)

Nagela and her helper did a great job cleaning my house! I told them ahead of time that my mom's bathroom was horrifying, and Nagela was very kind about the situation. She cleaned everything very thoroughly and in a timely fashion. I'm giving four out of five stars because I want to see how things progress with her services. I will update accordingly!

What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of move out cleanings, as well as, deep cleaning, but most of mu clientes are regular every week or 2.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be honest on the condition of the place, so we can come prepare and they pay for what it's worth. That way we are so accurate on our estimate. Sometimes people have too many extras they didn't describe on the message.
