Introduction: Original Bodies offers professional training services along with nutrition consultations. Chris Thompson is an educated personal trainer with a bachelor of science degree in exercise science. Chris is a fuel metabolism specialist, meaning, he knows the physiology and biochemistry of the body, and why we gain or lose fat and/or muscle.
He is also a collegiate all-American wrestler, and has experienced top-training techniques from some of the best colleges, and strength and conditioning coaches in the nation. Chris is also AHA CPR/AED certified.
Original Bodies' training philosophy relies on short rest periods of bodyweight, and/or functional exercises that will push you to get the body you desire. The workouts will last no longer than 30 minutes, and will get you better results in half the time of a normal workout. This will keep you burning fat, long after your workouts, and allow you more freedom in the day.
Training methods consist of bodyweight resistance, TRX suspension training, isometric exercises, plyometrics, flexibility, and combine a variety of circuit-training routines, to help you shed your body fat and gain lean muscle. With proper nutrition advice and Original Bodies training, you will have the body you deserve in no time.
