- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge our project on a unit cost. We stay competitive but not charging based off an hourly. Our price rarely ever changes. We do charge a travel/consultation fee of $49, fee can be waived for qualifying individuals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we arrive, our technician will greet the client and remind them of the travel fee, from there we will do out initial walkthrough of everything needed. We will also take our client through a detailed Electrical System Inspection, checking all components of the Panel, Breakers, Grounding and Bonding system, and educate our clients about the National Electrical Code.
