- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After the first lesson the price drops. Packages of 3 are available which adds to the discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First explanation is position and the "why" demonstrating those concepts. Then putting the rider on and typically working in the round pen where they feel safe and have advantage of control over the horse
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first instructor was a famous woman in the Saddlebreds who taught Elizabeth Taylor to ride for the movie, National Velvet. I received training from noted Saddlebred trainer, Roy Register whom I worked for later. Many professional horsemen have helped me in the major show divisions. I attend clinics, read and have exchanges currently with other professionals
