Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If I was a customer I wish I new that most contractors make most of their money on change orders and random price increases after they win the bid. That's why they often throw in a low ball estimate to win the job and then up-charge the customer afterwards.

A. We do not stop until the customer is 100% satisfied! We make sure each customer is satisfied by being profusely responsive, accessible at all times, and be being meticulous about all details and going above and beyond in the quality of our product.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Meeting and getting to know new customers every single day! We have made many life-long relationships with our customers and love to share those couple days or weeks with new people for each project!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. My father has spent practically his entire life in custom woodwork and cabinetry and as a curious child I always found ways to get involved. Many years later, we still work together every day and share the same passion for construction and customer satisfaction!
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. Our most recent project was a custom built-in bench for a Newport Beach resident that was built using green materials - GreenPly plywood, low VOC and formaldehyde free adhesives and finishes, and FSC certified hardwoods.
