Ortega Demolition demo and haul off 12ftx12ft 4" concrete pad from my SW Pasadena house backyard. Their estimate is very reasonable and they show up on time as scheduled. 5 Crews showed up 8:30 with large dump Truck, Jack Hammer, Wheelbarrow, they complete the work in about 1 hours and left the job site clean. Very efficient and professional. Highly recommended and will hire them again in the future.

As part of our ADU project, we needed to have 2 walls, the roof and roof framing of our old guest house, and a concrete slab removed. Spoke with the Ortegas Thursday after noon, they quoted a very reasonable price for the work and said they could complete the demolition the next day. Their crew showed up at 8 am Friday as promised. Even though it was around 100 degrees, they worked efficiently and safely, hauled away all the debris and some other items that we were disposing of. Their project manager Gonzalo is helpful. polite and professional. Highly recommend this company

Ortega Demolition totally killed it! They took out two whole bathrooms in our house and all of the carpet in the entire home. They showed up with a professional team and were done so fast I couldn’t believe it!
