Joyful balloon decor is amazingly creative! I told her what my party theme was and she gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. She set up quickly and made take down easy and convenient as well. She helped make my daughter’s sweet 16 party extra special! I’ll definitely be booking for future parties 🎈

Montserrat was very communicative and easy to work with. Never hiring someone to do this, I had a lot of questions and she was so patient with me. The work was amazing.
