We do repair, sales, and service of fireplaces, BBQs, outdoor heaters, etc. We are the Valley's oldest repair and sales shop for outdoor products.

We are BBQ grill installers, heater installers, etc. We also own All Valley BBQ, Spa & Fireplace and Palm Desert Fireplace. We've since closed our El Paseo location, and everything is done from our Indio showroom.

The Pride Piper division deals primarily with repair and restoration of outdoor equipment.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Anybody can have a website and claim many different things. We can substantiate everything and if you ask around, many businesses and residents know of us with a positive attitude. We are NOT an independant working out of a home, making claims that they are factory certified, etc. We are the real deal, and we're happy to serve you. We either do the work right, or we simply do not do it. :)

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If you go to our allvalleybackyard.com website, you will see many different grilling tips in regard to keeping your grill performing better, longer. The ONE simple tip I always give is NEVER cook on the "HIGH" setting for more than 15 minutes with the hood down. This is commonly called a 'no no'... :)

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Is this your only trade, or is it one of your trades? (If it's not their sole trade, do not hire them - people that only do repair are good enough to constantly have work. Those that are not do other things with their off hours...) Call the manufacturer that you have (say, a PGS bbq), and ask them if the person you want to hire has had negative feedback given to the manufacturer.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We have two full-time technicians on staff with more than 11 years of service experience. Some of our competitors write on their websites that they have 'years' of service, but really, they are new and are learning as they go. Our work stands out because of our past experience. You pay less when the repair goes quicker, and with an experienced field technician, you'll end up spending less with us, but still get a quality repair or cleaning job.
