Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. On a call for a free estimate compressor replacement customer wanted price to replace existing compressor. An other company had diagnosed bad compressor. Asked customer if we could diagnose maybe it was something else, at fist did not want to but had nothing to lose, we checked it and were able to save him money. Ended up being a bad run capacitor which the cost of that is fractional compere to a compressor. Customer at the end very happy.
