Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. When measuring each property square footage, we use a high tech laser tool. It's far more accurate then tape measure and rollers. As the gross living area is one of the biggest factor in real estate, we used the best possible tools in the marketplace.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I have a huge passion for what I do and that shows through my work. I put a lot of time and effort into each appraisal report and I know the importance providing an accurate result. I take great pride in what I do and have a lot of ambition. All these components make me a well rounded appraiser who is very knowledgable.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I get excited working on a different properties each time I complete an assignment. There are always new features or amenties that are analyzed into the real estate market and since no two homes are the same, I don't have a change to get bored. I enjoy meeting new people and proving my professionalism when completing an appraisal.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What is your standard fee for an Appraisal? -Answer, there are many different factors that can increase the complexity of the appraisal. A standard fee might be $350. An easyer cookie cutter home located nearby might be less. A multple million dollar complex home required more details and more work which may be more.
