- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before we can talk about any pricing, we need to first understand the nature of your business challenge and how I can help your company grow. For me being rewarded through fees is a result of me doing an exceptional job being able to bring your company to the next level. Based on the scope of the project I will offer a cost estimate and a corresponding retainer (deposit) against which I will log my hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all begins with a conversation - either by phone or in person. Sometimes I will even travel to meet you. A conversation starts with me asking the right questions because without the right questions, there is zero chance that you will ever find the right answer. After we discovered the right questions, it is about finding the right and corresponding actions to affect change, the right change. Once an action is in effect, it needs to be revised and adjusted as building a business lives in an ever-changing environment. It is my job to help you through this process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 25 years experience building my own company and helping other companies grow. I have been trained in business and engineering from some of the best schools in the U.S. - the Univ of Michigan, in Ann Arbor where I commenced my career.
