LOVE! Working with Priority Event was a great experience. Nyja is very friendly and helpful. She can see your vision and make it 10x better. We hired them for our baby shower and they were able to provide the best service with fair prices. They made it easy to understand design options and pricing. Priority Event Decorations created the decor for our daughter’s recent Quinceañera and did a remarkable job! Every detail was done to perfection. The reception room looked fantastic and the decoration made our daughter’s special day even more beautiful. Working with Nyja & Jayson was an wonderful experience. Jayson and Nyja did an amazing job for our son’s first birthday party. We could not have done this without them. They are enthusiastic, creative, responsive, punctual and sooo talented. We only had to tell them the theme we were interested in and they did nothing short of magic. Everything was beyond our expectations. Their attention to detail was spot-on. Everything from the customized birthday sign boards, party favors to photo backdrop and balloon arches were just perfect. Special shout-out to their efforts in bringing a real hay bale and corn stalks to go with the birthday theme. Everyone at the party was so amazed! Thank you Priority Event decorations!!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We always try to be as up front and transparent with our pricing as possible. That's why we've created a custom balloon menu that showcases many of our most popular designs, and also includes pricing! Our website also lists rental options with pricing.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our first step is always working to fully understand your event needs and budget. We then prepare a custom design proposal. Upon your approval, we prepare an event contract and require a 50% retainer that is applied to your contract total. After booking, we offer custom digital mockups that allow you to see how your design will come to life. Your remaining balance is due the day of the event prior to setup.
