Introduction: My name is Ali, and I am a certified personal trainer and health coach with accreditation from the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I am also a water safety instructor (WSI) with the American Red Cross. I guide all my clients through an exercise program that is custom-tailored to their specific goals and needs. The workouts I create are fun and challenging for all fitness levels. I focus on functional strength exercises, resistance, and core conditioning. I use the latest in fitness like TRX to help improve my client's balance, flexibility, agility, and cardio stamina.

Ali is a wonderful coach. I was training for a triathlon and my side breathing was not up to par. I only had 3 months with her, but I learned a lot. I survived the ocean on race day, and I thank her for that. As far as her service, Ali was very punctual, was always giving me exercises or pointers that I could use to improve. She also kept telling me "I want you to have fun" because swimming a triath isn't supposed to be a chore, it's supposed to be enjoyable. That made me feel like she cared. I can't think of anything wrong with her, so this one gets 5 stars!
