California Divorce Mediation

Introduction: I have personally suffered through the California court divorce process and mediation is a wonderful way to help preserve a couple's financial estate and keep the kids out of the line of fire. I have walked in those shoes and mediating is truly the easier, softer way. Couples can actually learn to co-parent their children and work together even though they are divorcing. I like that I help a family during a difficult time. I also like that mediation is more cost effective than each party retaining attorneys and engaging in lengthy and costly litigation. The parties are able to control their financial future and their relationships with their children.
