- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We try to go to the Catersource Convention in Las Vegas held yearly with thousands of Caterers from around the world convening and sharing ideas. It is an amazing experience. I've been several years now and learn something everytime I go. It is amazing to see what other caterers have come up with as far as food and design ideas go. This is a humbling experience that makes me proud to be in my profession.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We listen to what our clients want at their event and create a personalized menu for them. Our goal is to assist you to create the event of your dreams and the best memories of events in your life.
