The first session/consultation with me is completely free of charge. No payment is required. I offer different types of training: private, semi-private, and online coaching. The prices for these options may vary, so it's best to contact me directly to discuss the pricing details. I understand that everyone has different financial circumstances, and I'll do my best to find a training option that works for you. No matter which training option you choose, I always provide excellent service and ensure you achieve the results you're looking for. Your satisfaction and success are my top priorities.

My typical process for working with a new customer starts with an in-depth hour-long consultation. During this consultation, we will focus on two crucial aspects: nutrition tactics and onboarding you onto various user-friendly apps that will play a key role in keeping you accountable. I provide valuable insights and guidance to help you make informed choices about your diet, ensuring it aligns with your fitness objectives. Additionally, I will guide you through setting up and utilizing several intuitive apps that will serve as powerful tools in your fitness journey. These apps help you track progress, manage workouts, and stay motivated. I aim to empower you with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve your desired results while keeping you motivated and accountable throughout your fitness journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, specializing in Anatomy and Physiology,. This educational background has given me a deep understanding of the human body and how it functions during exercise and movement. In addition to my academic qualifications, I have gained valuable hands-on experience working in reputable fitness establishments. I have worked at Equinox, a renowned fitness club, where I worked with a diverse clientele. I have also worked as a physical therapy Aide where I assisted in rehabilitation exercises.
