A. I worked with a lady who was 380 lbs. I said the best thing to do is walking to get started. We put two heart monitors together and started to walk around the block. She said that she can only go 1/2 way around. When we saw how fast she was walking we found out that she was going way to fast. Her heart rate was 150. When we slowed down she was able to go around twice for the first time in her life.
