FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for Easy Books, Inc. are separated in two rates; Bookkeeping and Administrative. The prices are separated so that our clients are saving even more money than they would working with a CPA to maintain organization and correspondence for the books. Rates are based on an hourly rate for both administrative and bookkeeping/accounting jobs. However, there is a tiered structure based on the clients needs for their file that will determine what hourly rate they will receive for bookkeeping and accounting services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial steps for working with a new Easy Books client are integral to establish the company and client interaction and expectations. Clients will sign a Bookkeeping and Accounting Services agreement to offer the protection of their information the deserve. Additionally, clients will have an in-person meeting with the President of Easy Books, Inc (Susanne Warnick) so that questions and expectations can be addressed at the start of their file.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at a business school in Flensburg Germany where I studied accounting. Additionally, I practiced under a CPA firm in La Jolla, CA before opening my own office where I furthered my education in Personal, Corporate, and Small Business Bookkeeping.
