Maurizio has an impeccable attention to detail and form, as well as a love of all types of functional equipment, in particular the Bulgarian Bag. His motivational technique quite often involves shouting, but is done with a real concern for the student, and a desire to push you beyond your presumed limits. I certainly worked harder in his classes than I had for years in other gyms, and he helped me achieve a great level of fitness. And to top that off, he's a genuinely nice guy! As we were travelling (training BJJ in California), we only got to train with him for three months, but if we were based there full-time I'd definite make his classes part of my regular routine. His Bulgarian Bag lessons even inspired us to buy one when we got home!

I train Jiu JItsu and needed to fine tune my cardio and strength training. I also wanted to get my wife fit so we can have a quality life overall. Hense meeting Maurizio whom is a warrior that teaches combat tactical training and basic fitness along with the Bulgarian bag and many other training tips. In such a short time we are seeing results. Body and mind set training. I highly recommend giving Maurizio a try first.
