I am a seasoned bathroom contractor with over 40 years experience and have been licensed since 1993.
I offer quality a-z bathroom remodeling. I can do everything from electrical, plumbing, tile, cabinets, counter tops, tub to shower conversions; If it has to do with bathrooms you name it and I can do it. In addition, moving walls and plumbing can be done all up to code.
I possess complete tools, and am very resourceful. I do all the work on my own with maybe a helper or two. I am clean, reliable, affordable and easy to work with. I have references and plenty of completed projects you can see if you would like to. I offer discounts to single patents and seniors.

I needed a through-the-wall air conditioner replaced. Already had hole in wall that needed to be enlarged, then a/c install. James arrived on time and set down tarps to prevent damage/be clean. He ran into some difficulties with the project, but worked it all out. His price was fair and I'm pleased with the result. I would hire him again.

James installed a range hood for me.
I started out on this project by contacting an "appliance installer" that was recommended. I'll call him the "1st installer".
It took the 1st installer at least 2 weeks to make it out to my house to look at the job. Then he declined the job saying it was such a simple job that I should simply go to the store that sold the vent hoods and they's probably have one of their people install the hood for a minimal charge.
I went over to Pacific Sales and bought a hood I liked. I told the salesman to recommend a good installer. I told him I wanted someone highly qualified because the hole in the ceiling would need to be moved. The hood arrived and then a few days later the 2nd installer came to do the installation. The 2nd installer took a look at the job and said he couldn't do it because preparations still needed to be made, ie the hole in the ceiling needed to be moved.
Next I contacted a 3rd person, a handyman I know that usually can usually do just about anything. He removed the drywall on the ceiling but he couldn't complete the job because he said he wasn't licensed to cut a hold in the roof.
Finally I went on Thumbtack and found James, the 4th installer. He came out immediately and did everything excerpt to seal the vent on top of the roof. He referred me to a roofer who didn't show up. When James found out that the roofer hadn't showed up James climbed on my roof and sealed it against the weather...for no additional charge!
I was so impressed with James that I've hired him to remodel my downstairs and convert it to a rental unit.

James remodeled two bathrooms for us, one after the other. His tiling work is really beautiful, he took great care with attention to detail. He was clear and upfront about the costs and timing and turned two dingy 1970s bathrooms into beautiful modern updates ones. Both jobs ended up needing some additional work once the old tub/shower was removed, and James took it in stride and kept us informed throughout the project.

James installed my window a/c just one day after submitting a request and I could not be happier with the results. He was right on time, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. There were a few quirks during the install that came up due to the age of the building and window construction, but James handled it like a pro and he wasn't satisfied until everything was done perfectly. He had a great work partner with him as well and together they were an outstanding team. I wouldn't hesitate to use James again for my home projects and I highly recommend his services.
