- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly! I'm always trying to stay on top of the latest health and nutrition information and I'm currently enrolled in a master coaching class as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After my second child, I really struggled to lose the baby weight. I was completely stressed out, had no energy, and was taking really bad care of myself. I'd finally had enough and that's when I stumbled upon my own health coach and discovered an entirely new way of eating and taking care of myself. I lost all the weight, but it was really more of a side effect - I was blown away by how much energy I had, how clear my thinking was, how my mood was completely under control, and how my "lifetime" eczema completely disappeared. My life changed dramatically for the better and I knew I wanted to share what I'd learned with everyone I possibly could.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking for a quick fix or extreme solution, then health coaching is probably not the right choice for you. But if you're interested in making real, sustainable changes that are meaningful in your life and will last for the long run, I look forward to hearing from you!
