I found complete solace at Internal Tone with Munir. His services offer the perfect balance between science based practices (biofeedback analysis) and a thorough exploration of his client’s inner psyche. I’ve seen significant progress through sessions with him as well as lasting changes in my life that came much faster than previous experiences involving only talk therapy. Munir is an incredibly authentic person who has the ability to support a variety of backgrounds and perspectives, in a judgment free manner. Beautiful office, welcoming atmosphere, great experience! Munir was very professional and spent a lot of time answering all my questions. He goes above and beyond to make it a very safe, relaxing, and positive experience. He even plays flute to relax you even more! I'm a hypnotherapist myself so I can tell if the person has knowledge and experience in the field. Loved the biofeedback tools, so amazing to see how your body and mind state changes when you're in or out of hypnosis - you can see it right on the screen! I know many people work on Zoom now but if you live in San Diego I would definitely recommend to come in and experience it in person.
