Electronic Artistry performs a site survey and attends meetings with client personnel to establish the technology needs and requirements of the new facilities. Careful attention is paid to the clients' wishes and expectations. Programming Report and Budget Estimates: A detailed written report documenting findings and detailing the new systems conceptual design, including plain-English descriptions of system functional capabilities and component locations within the spaces, detailed technical descriptions of system and component configurations, preliminary budget estimates and statements of contractors expected scopes of work. This report is revised and updated as necessary throughout the life of the project
