Excellent service this past week! Manny and Vlad delivered my couches and other furniture they had to make 4 stops total to collect all my furniture. They made a prompt delivery and I live on the third floor, they unpackaged everything stages all the furniture and assembled it. To top it all of they not only hauled away all the packaging but also offered me to recycle ally moving boxes and other waste that I had post moving! Thank you guys! Much much recommended will use you guys again and tell my friends and family!!!

Our movers arrived on time and remained professional. They stayed within our desired 3 hour window and worked very hard to get things done quickly. One of our lamps was broken in the move but it was an honest mistake and was not a big deal. The price was great and they moved things into the exact rooms that I requested.

I received quotes from several companies through Thumbtack for a recent move, and Express Movers offered the best deal. I coordinated with Mark, the general manager, and he recognized right away that we wanted to do this in the most cost-effective way possible. We wanted them to focus on the big items and keep it close to the 3-hour minimum. To save money we planned to just move the little stuff on our own. We have a lot of stuff. Plus, we have 2 little boys, pets galore, and both places had tricky logistics for getting things in and out (stairs, narrow doors, etc.). This move was a huge undertaking in every way. Manny and Marco were very courteous and careful, and they boogied! They got there right on time, and they didn't start charging us until they had the truck in place and the first load out the door. They got everything moved that we had hoped they would, and in almost exactly 3 hours. We were left with just a few easy minivan trips, and we're now happily enjoying our new home. Side note- our friends also recently moved and hired those guys outside of Home Depot to help them, and their experience was NOT good. Apparently there was a lot of bickering and dropping/banging things (and possibly sneaky drug use) going on. I'm relieved we hired professionals!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We all like saving money and getting the best deal around. Well with moving it all depends on the customer. Be Prepared. Use lots of boxes, the more boxes you will have the quicker the job will be completed. Think ahead how and where you want your furniture in the new home.
