FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I was a client of Pilates for several years before I worked as a Pilate professional. I always tell my clients that there is more than one way to do Pilates and not every teacher will be a good fit for you. Before you commit to a huge package of sessions, which is an investment, try introductory sessions with more than one trainer at more than one studio. THEN make a choice where to go. Pilates is a very personal experience. Do NOT be pressured to buy now because that "special rate" is only available right that second. In Pilates you are embarking on a very personal relationship that requires ultimate trust in your trainer. You want a trainer who will listen and be sensitive to your needs as an individual.
