Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I don't find myself to be that much different. I'm stern yet easy going and I give my students time to understand anything they need to understand, even if it takes the whole session to understand one thing. I would rather them get it than move on on something else to just get money.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. It brings me joy to see that light click in my student's eyes when they understand something.
