Expect to pay more for first time or deep cleaning. Also this takes more time than maintenance cleaning. The more detail and the larger your home, the longer it takes and the higher the pay rate. Also a tip is appreciated if you are really pleased with the my service. It is best also not to micro manage everything the cleaner does. You have to trust that they are capable of doing a great job for you. If you are so picky about the work, than you should not hire anyone to clean your home, but do it yourself on your day off.
