I am extremely happy to be working with Reiki energy. I have been working with Reiki since 2006. I also teach Reiki.
Reiki sessions range anywhere from 20 or 30 minutes or to an hour. I prefer doing 20 or 30 minutes it is more affordable.
People experience different things with Reiki; sometimes a feeling of warmth or coolness, or nothing at all, but usually at the end of a session, there is peace and relaxation, and tension is gone.
Reiki is a wonderful experience of relaxation that helps promote a better well-being. I had one person say to me that: "It's almost like a messages without really having a message."
Others have experienced a feeling of energy moving through them.
If you're interested in learning Reiki, I teach traditional Usui Reiki / Western Takata Reiki. You will be aligned with the energy through your chakras to be able to use Reiki. You learn how Reiki feels and how to give Reiki to yourself, your family members and your friends. There are various levels of Reiki as in any course, and I teach it as a course, not just a one-time weekend deal.
The wonderful thing about Reiki is that it causes no harm. It is a gentle, loving energy.
