Idk where to begin! Amber and Jessica were amazing. We found them after toying with the idea of not needed a wedding coordinator and wow our wedding day would’ve been a nightmare with out them. They were so helpful with last minute BIG decisions (like changing the location of our reception area) and kept us at ease the whole day. They worked their butts off and were so kind and generous. Our wedding was a zero waste event so they had some questions about how to pull some stuff off but, it seemed like they had done 100 zero waste weddings before. They thought of things we even forgot to think of! Amber and Jessica helped us to pull off our slightly less than traditional processional and assured us that it would all still be fine. They also added on a bussing service for us and helped us from morning to night on our big day. I cant say enough how professional and fun they were. We felt like we had new friends after our wedding. Hire these two! They can are the best!

We had our dream wedding this past weekend and Amber at Perfect Pair Events was the absolute BEST! My time started with both Jessica and Amber a few months back and both have been communicative and informative every step of the way. Leading up to the big day I let them know what I wanted and they presented. I was able to enjoy my big day without worrying if stuff was ready or done correctly. If something went wrong, I never knew. She was ON IT! Thank you for making our day stress free. I am so glad that I went with a coordinator, especially since it was you! I also have to add that when asked about figuring out a cocktail hour food, they not only helped think of an idea, they created them for me!! They were exactly what I wanted.

Perfect Pair Events Jessica and Amber were recommended to us by our friends who used their service for their wedding. Our first phone call with them showed that their work style was ideal for our wedding service needs -- they were extremely knowledgeable, organized, supportive, and flexible. While we used their Day of Coordinator services, they were always accessible to us, very attentive, and routinely checked in with us leading up to our wedding day. Both Jessica and Amber accompanied us to our final venue walk-through, directed our wedding ceremony rehearsal, helped us finalize our wedding day timeline, and contacted all of our vendors to discuss the final timeline and logistics. Two weeks before our wedding, we completed their inventory list for decoration which was extremely helpful in keeping everything organized and preparing our decorations ahead of time. On our wedding day, they were exceptional! Jessica and Amber went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding ran smoothly. They made sure to follow our wedding day vision, kept us on track, organized and communicated with all the vendors, and took all the stress away from us. My husband and I agree that our wedding day was beautiful, fun, and a stress-free experience, and this was all thanks to Jessica and Amber. Many of our family members, wedding party, and guests also commented on how great our coordinators were. Overall, we would highly recommend their services.

To say these girls absolutely went above and beyond my wedding vision is an understatement! Jessica and Amber were with me every step of the way. Helping me with everything leading up to my trip wedding so I didn’t forget anything. To being my shoulder to cry on leading up to such a stressful event. But they knew my vision and my ideas and literally heightened it to a level I didn’t know possible. They fought for everything I wanted and made it beautiful. I am so grateful for everything they did the day of and literally couldn’t have done it without them. If you are looking for coordinators, look no further because these girls go above and beyond to make your a day an even better one. Thank you ladies so much I’m still dreaming of my wedding.

    Day of Coordination starts at $1600, this includes initial consultation, venue, tour, details meeting, rehearsal, and Day of coordination. Additional fees are based on additional hours wanted, additional staff and travel if necessary.
