FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are always transparent with itemizing all materials needed and labor on our estimates so you know exactly the full cost of the project and where your money is going. This eliminates any hidden costs or surprise fees and gives you confidence that you are not being taken advantage of. We also offer a 10% discount for returning customers and take the 10% deduction off the total price of the project not just off the labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive an inquiry we schedule a phone call or a zoom meeting to discuss the customer needs and answer any questions the customer may have. We then schedule a time to meet to be on a personal level and go over the project scope of work. If needed, we take the necessary measurements and rough sketch a draft to add to our project notes. After we get all the information we need, we put together a project estimate which includes a detailed price list of all required materials and a professional AutoCad print of the project and send it to our customer. Once we receive the estimate signed by the customer agreeing to use our services and conditions along with a deposit of 50% of the project cost to cover the materials, we set a project start date. We then start to acquire the materials. We then start the project on the start date and work a full 7 days a week until we complete the project. We communicate progress updates throughout the length of the project so the customer knows exactly where we are and what to expect. Upon project completion the remaining project balance of 50% is paid in full. We ask for a 5 star positive customer review on Thumbtack to help keep costs down for future customers to follow.
