- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is dependent on the frequency we come, as well as the square footage of the space. The more we come the less money it is. Also, the larger the space the more money it is. We do discounts for military and veterans. The only other discounts we offer are if someone is on a monthly general pest service contract and they need a termite job or a rodent exclusion we would discount that service for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers we like to have a thorough conversation on the phone at least with them to explain our services and who we are, as well as what they can expect from us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed, bonded, and insured. The owner has every license you can get in pest control through the state structural pest control board. All of our technicians are licensed and highly trained.
