Christoph has been my coach for over 6 months now. Due to his help my personal life and business life has improved substantially. I have a happy, loving and understanding relationship, my business is doing very well and I have happy clients and I feel I am leading a more fulfilling life because of the help and guidance Christoph has given me. I dont feel guilty for taking time off now, I am taking more vacations this year then I ever have before and my income has gone up! I am more happy and peaceful and have found more time to do life fulfilling activities. Christoph is a great communicator and has great techniques to help you through the challenges life brings. I first met Christoph Nauer of Life Coaching with a Twist when he spoke at my church at the beginning of 2012.
His presentation was excellent ! I could not take notes fast enough when he was sharing some very motivating tools on how to improve the quality of life. He covered areas such as setting short and long term goals and offering tangible ways to achieve them. He offered tips on how to organize ourselves in such as way that we would find more meaning and joy in our lives. These are just a few of the gifts that he can offer as a life coach. One of my desires is to find more peace, harmony, and balance in my life. My lack of taking time for myself has resulted in some health issues, which finally caught up with me. This is what FINALLY caught my attention
.when the body said HALT! Christoph came at a time in my life when I realized that I needed to make some changes. A few days after his presentation, I made an appointment to talk with him, and made the decision to hire him to be my life coach.
We have met weekly for 6 months now and I can see where I am gradually letting go of obstacles that get in my way. As long as I can remember I procrastinated filing our income tax returns on time. This year,, I had them in by mid-March, due to Christophs encouragement.
I highly recommend Christoph to anyone who, like me, have spent most of my life feeling as though I was on a treadmill; seldom taking time to enjoy all that life has to offer. Thanks to Christoph, I am weaving in some time for fun, rest, gardening, (which I love to do) and gradually making progress in my areas of procrastination. Ironically, I am a perfectionist, which often times leads to procrastination. I have been inundated with paperwork all of my adult life and I dislike doing it, but know it is part of life. I am practicing some of the tools I have learned from Christoph and moving forward.
I believe that to live an abundant life we need a balance of spirituality and emotional and physical well being. Christoph is an encourager in all those very vital areas. In Gratitude for YOU, Christoph!
