We allow hosts and hostesses to sit back and relax! From sous chef & dessert specialist Erica Wright: I LOVE the instant gratification that is generated from cooking and baking for clients. Nothing makes me more happy to see the huge smiles of satisfaction we see from clients before and after sampling our appetizers, main dishes, and desserts! I also love the combination of art & food. Aside from cooking and baking I am an artist. I have so much fun designing cakes, cookies, and other desserts. My creations truly are edible art.
