Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. The amount of time and effort it takes to find tracks that will please everyone and the ability needed to mesh them together in a set.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. What sound system will be provided?
What DJ equipment will be used?
What lighting will be supplied?
How many years of experience the DJ has and in what styles do they have that experience?
How frequently do they have other job opportunities?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We constantly monitor the crowd throughout the evening to see which songs work well and which ones don't. Unlike some DJs who plays the songs that they want to play, we am very versatile and set the mood for the evening based on what our clientele/crowd desires. We've gone to an event before prepared to play a certain type of music but changed it in the middle of the gig because the crowd was into something else.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Seeing the smiling faces and good vibes as people enjoy the music I play. There's nothing better than being able to bring enjoyment to a crowd for the few hours I get to entertain them.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. If we can play a particular song/track they request. If we have it and if it fits into what we am doing for the event, we're more than happy to play the track. It all depends on the situation.
