I believe in healing the body from the inside and out. I have a degree in nutrition and fitness, as well as, personal training certification from the National Association of Sports Medicine. My massage modalities include Swedish/relaxation, deep tissue, sports/circulatory (certifications in low back injuries, neck and shoulder injuries), myofacial release, trigger-point therapy, prenatal, geriatric, acupressure, herbs and aroma therapy for stress relief and emotional healing. I have experience with fibromyalgia, chronic headaches and I am certified in lymphatic drainage and oncology massage. Most important to me is that I practice what I preach. I believe in a balanced, healthy, active lifestyle and spreading good energy to the people I meet.
