- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge people monthly and have extremely reasonable rates. My theory is that everyone can benefit from training no matter what your budget is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an initial zoom consultation. During the free session we discuss your goals, exercise history, and I review your current situation. We do a movement and postural analysis so I can determine your strengths and address any challenges. It is important to have a fitness professional review your strengths and challenges before you start exercising so I can create a personalized program based on your unique situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple certifications ranging from pilates, to strength training and HIIT training. I have been in the fitness industry for over 24 years.
