- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies on number of guests, menu selections, and the service selected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After connecting with a customer I request a number of guests, food allergies, preferences etc. I typically put together several menus based on what the client asks for. After the client chooses a menu, service, bar service etc. I put together a contract. 30% is due at the time of signing.
